🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We ship within 24 hours, and delivery takes 2–5 business days across India.

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid and most COD orders.

Q: Do you deliver to my location?

A: We ship PAN India—including small towns and villages. Just enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm.


💰 Payment

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: Is COD available everywhere?

A: Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India.


🔄 Returns & Cancellations

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?

A: Yes! You can return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Just message us.

Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

A: We’re sorry! Please WhatsApp us with a photo and order ID—we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A: You can cancel before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible—but returns are.
