🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how returns and refunds work at Expedient Box.
📦 Return Eligibility
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- You received the wrong item
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer handling, or used items.
📸 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team on:

Please share your order ID and photos/videos of the product within 7 days of receiving it.
đź’° Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to:
- Your original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Your UPI/bank account (for COD orders)
Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after quality check.
đźšš Return Shipping
We will arrange reverse pickup for most locations. If reverse pickup isn’t available at your pin code, we may ask you to self-ship the product and share the tracking details. Reimbursement will be provided for shipping in such cases.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Some items such as personal care, hygiene products, or items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
