We aim to get your order to your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible.
🕐 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
📍 Shipping Coverage
We deliver across all major pin codes in India. Remote or non-serviceable areas may face slight delays or exceptions.
⏳ Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
💸 Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on most prepaid and COD orders. In rare cases, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout before payment.
📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at delivery.
Note: Refusing COD parcels repeatedly may result in COD being disabled for your account.
📫 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link. You can also contact us via WhatsApp for live updates.
📦 Delivery Partners
We work with India’s leading courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and Ekart to ensure safe and fast deliveries.
❌ Undelivered or Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you after 2–3 attempts, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for redelivery.
